Terms and Conditions

Please read through and if you have any further questions please get in touch.

All my work is either one off or cast from life, some variations my apply as all are handmade or hand finished. The images show on social media or on my website are as close a representation as possible. All items are hallmarked as necessary under UK law.

When placing an order with me online or in person you are agreeing to pay the quoted price. Full payment is due before an item can be shipped. I reserve the right to change my prices or content on my website at any time, but you will only ever be asked to pay the published price.

Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.

All orders can be cancelled within 48 hours, a full refund will be given.

Any returns or exchanges must be made within a month of purchase. (Please contact me if this is a problem) A returned item should be as new unworn and in a resaleable condition, with all pristine packaging. You must inform me before any returns are made.

Full refunds can only be given on cast for life items and items already in stock. Items which are made to order can be exchanged for items of the same value or more, or gift vouchers issued for use later. (Vouchers are valid for one year and are non- transferable)

I cannot cover the cost of return postage.

Refunds will not be given if items are worn, or I consider they have been misused.

All refunds will be made through the original payment method.

Deposits

A 50% deposit will be required for all commission or bespoke items and are non-returnable once materials have been purchased.

Commission Process

When placing an order, it will be considered as a commission, if the piece is a repeat of a one-off design or an original design. As mentioned previously, finished piece may vary slightly from images shown as all items are made by hand.

After a conversation, either via email, message, in person, on the phone or via video call the order is confirmed. Ring sizing will only be considered accurate if done in person. Otherwise it is at the customer’s risk. In these circumstances the size should be given in UK sizing and a picture of the sizer in place on the hand should be emailed. Once 50% payment has been made the order will be actioned. Once completed the final payment should be made, either on collection, or before posting out.

Please note: Some items particularly rings cannot be altered once complete, including sizing. A replacement item can be made in the same design if the original item was a stock piece, and (if a gemstone ring) and a replacement gemstone is available. If resizing is possible or required once sale is complete an additional fee will be charge for this work.

It is worth remembering that even the most durable of metals may show wear and tear if worn every day. Some gemstones will not withstand robust wear, please ask for advice in this instance. Most gemstones should be regarded with care, it is advisable to take jewellery off while swimming, cleaning, gardening/DIY or playing sport.

Please let me know if you need a valuation receipt for insurance purposes.

Many pieces of my work will be photographed for use in social media, once completed or in process of being made. Please advise if this is not acceptable with your commission.
